Approach & Philosophy

"Music meets people where words cannot reach."

My practice is rooted in the belief that music is not entertainment — it is medicine. Every session is designed around the individual: their history, their pain, their capacity for healing.

My core specialisation is stress, trauma, and anxiety — using music as a non-verbal language to access, process, and release what words often cannot reach. I work at the intersection of clinical rigour and musical intuition, drawing on neurologic music therapy principles, guided imagery, rhythm-based interventions, and receptive techniques.

Whether working with a patient navigating cancer treatment, someone processing trauma, or a geriatric patient in palliative care, the goal remains constant: reduce suffering, restore agency, and reconnect the person to themselves through sound.
